3. Pricing & Payment Options

Outside Dhaka (All Districts): 3 to 5 business days.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Inspection in Front of Courier: Customers are required to check the parcel exterior and product condition in the presence of the delivery agent before completing receipt and payment.

Valid Grounds for Return/Exchange:

The delivered package contains an incorrect item, wrong shade, or wrong size.

The item is demonstrably damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.

Conditions for Return:

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting unboxing photos or clear video footage.

The product must remain completely unused, unopened, unswatched, and in its original retail packaging with all protective shrink wraps, labels, and hygiene seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or tested skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

6. User Accounts & Security
